Why Wyoming Organics?

We started Wyoming Organics because getting high-quality, organic, and environmentally-friendly products is not always easy in rural areas. Many of us have to drive hundreds of miles for a store that stocks these types of products.

How does Wyoming Organics choose and supply its products?

Wyoming Organics works with various companies and suppliers to ship products that meet our expectations and standards: high-quality, organic, and environmentally-friendly. In addition, we attempt to provide only products we use ourselves and know are not commonly available in the rural areas we live.

How does Wyoming Organics keep me updated on my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link (or links) to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

Generally, we cannot change orders, as we process them quite quickly and may not be able to make amendments.

We can, on occassion, cancel orders and issue a refund.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently serve the following states: Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, and Utah.  We hope to expand our services to other rural states across the US in the near future

How long does it take to ship my order?

We make every attempt to ship within 24-48 hours after an order is placed. However, please be aware that depending on the order and which items are chosen, it may take longer.

In addition, we do ship from different warehouses and suppliers. You may have multiple packages and shipments, but we will work as hard as we can to get your products to you in a timely manner.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you followup emails providing tracking numbers when available.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Bitcoin (yes! we really do!) payments for all orders. We can accept Paypal for non-CBD orders.

 

Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery, bank transfer, or other forms of payment ?

No. At this time, we only accept major credit cards, Bitcoin, and Paypal.

Am I required to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will be calculated depending on your location. Currently, we collect sales tax for all non-food items in Wyoming.

Returns

What if my items are damaged?

Damaged goods and products are eligible for a full refund if the carrier tracking shows that the package was damaged in transit.

If the package was shown to be successfully delivered damage-free but damage has occured, proof of damage must be immediately provided before a refund can be issued.  Specifically, we will need to receive the images that clearly display the reported damage (including at least 1 image where we can clearly see the UPC on the product) as well as the images of the container that it arrived in with all its contents.

Damage claims on orders for non-perishable products must be reported within thirty (30) days to be considered for a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Damage claims on orders for frozen, refrigerated and perishable products must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.

What if I want to return a non-damaged item?

Returns on non-damaged items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging and must not be out of date at the time the return is received.

What if I do not receive my items?

Any item(s) not received will be investigated through the shipping carrier. As such, refunds cannot be guaranteed, but we will work with the carrier(s) to issue any refunds or compensation for goods not received.

We partner with Absolute Nature CBD to provide some of the highest quality CBD in the US. All of their products are 3rd-party tested, organically grown, non-GMO, and pesticide-free.

COVID19 Update

Although we are doing everything we can to get shipments out in a timely fashion, please be aware that some shipments may take longer than others. In addition, some items may run out of stock before we can update them on the site.
